Delete your Runnr account

Delete it in the app
Open Runnr and choose Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your Google account on Android or your current sign-in provider on iPhone. Deletion starts immediately.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@runnr.dk from the email address connected to your Runnr account. Use the subject “Delete my Runnr account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting the account.
What is deleted
Your profile, synced runs and GPS traces, locally cached account runs, posts, comments, likes, follows, saved social posts, family membership and associated account images are permanently deleted. Generated routes and runs recorded without signing in remain on the phone and can be removed under Settings or by uninstalling Runnr.
What may be retained
Purchase and accounting records may be retained where Danish or EU law requires it. Security and abuse records may be retained for the period necessary to protect Runnr and its users. Store purchase history is controlled separately by Apple or Google.
